Bryan Bunnell has been named, Manager – Plant Operations. In that role he will have responsibility for all shop operations, Saw, Maintenance, Forge Shop, Heat Treat, Inspection, Die Shop and Shipping and Production Planning.
Bryan has been with Canton Drop Forge for over 30 years and has held numerous supervision and management positions. He has been instrumental in improving CDF’s operations, including improving and embracing housekeeping/6-S, safety, on-time delivery with better capacity and production planning, better quality systems with Quality At The Hammer (QATH) and Once Through Processing (OTP), improved product flow with staging and organization, and increased productivity with linked operations for family-of-parts in dedicated areas to reduce material handling.
